Grassroots Development Program
Our philosophy
At Al-Ahly, we are fuelled by the Red Shirt Spirit — a legendary mindset forged over a century of triumphs, comebacks, and unity. More than a color or a uniform, it is a living code of Excellence, Discipline, Resilience, and Passion. It means never giving up, fighting until the last second, and playing for something greater than oneself, with humility in victory, strength in adversity, and the Red Shirt Spirit in every action.
Our grassroots program is the foundation of the Al-Ahly player pathway, developing not only skilled footballers but also strong individuals who live these values. Through holistic development — technical, tactical, physical, and psychological — we teach young players to train with focus, compete with courage, and grow into leaders on and off the pitch. Wearing the Red Shirt connects them to a legacy that transcends borders, language, and generations, carrying forward the Red Shirt Spirit in every touch, every sprint, and every goal.
